Mindset Magic Tip #1: Focus on what you want, not on what you don’t want.

We’ve all heard this before but its a habit we slip into time and again. A tiny tweak in what you focus on can yield big reward.

Example 1.
What you say to yourself: “I’m fat.”
What you really mean: I’d like to weigh less, wear a smaller size. I’d like to look like I did 20 years ago.
The tiny tweak: I want to feel and appear healthy and comfortable in my own skin.

When you focus on being “fat”, your thoughts, emotions and energy are centered on what you don’t want. You get what you focus on. You will remain “fat”.

Focus on what you want and not on what you don’t want IN EVERY SITUATION. Reinforce what you want with pictures, quotes, and affirmations, even if you’re not sure how you will get where you want to go. You’ve created the mindset, intention and energy that will bring the HOW to you.
