Out With Comfortable. The significance of doing MORE….

Several days ago I created a post called the “Have More” Cocktail. The first ingredient is “Do More”. Doing more not only means creating as if your life depends on it, but doing things that: (1) seem impossible, (2) challenge your endurance (mental or physical) or (3) punch one of your fears in the face.

If you think you can’t, then DO IT.

If you think it will be difficult, DO IT.

If you think you would rather stick knitting needles in your eyes than do something, DO IT ANYWAY.

You are not: too young, too old, too tired, too poor, too frail, too out of shape, too afraid, too uneducated, too anything.

You are: capable, talented, just right, awesome and ENOUGH.

So far, since December 26th, my DO MORE consists of: enrolled in CCC (fear of not enough money), given up alcohol for 30 days (mental endurance), started dancing on pointe again (too old to be doing that anymore), posting several times per week in FB groups (fear of visibility/rejection), completing a certificate course in positive psychology (fear of overwhelm).

What is your DO MORE?
