Small steps can create big results. The most important small step you can take toward a dream, a goal and creating a life you love is to focus on what you do want, rather than on an absence of what you don’t want.
When you think about what you would change about your life, you give energy to those things you would change. You will get more of them. Then spend more time thinking about not having them in your life.
When you learn to control your thoughts so well that you redirect them, whenever needed, to what you do want, you will see dramatic change in what you experience. It is a subtle shift that will have a dramatic impact. It takes practice just like building muscle. But if you only do one exercise each day, do this one.
