Want to know how I push through frustration and fatigue?

With this motto (borrowed):
Don’t give up, get up.

And when I get up it’s to get blood flowing, oxygen going, and muscles moving.

Not only do I feel clearer, healthier, energized and motivated, I’ve burned a couple calories…so I guess you’d call it multitasking.

You can do just a few jumping jacks, crunches, squats and maybe only one push up (bent knee) to start but it’s a start! I’ve attached one of my all time favorite workouts, my go-to when I can’t get to the gym. Even just a little will get you rebooted and rolling again.

Get yourself going strong when life tries to shut you down.
