What one thing do you want to do or change but haven’t yet?

When I work with clients, I have 4 questions I ask right off the bat. It’s important to know the answers to these questions before you undertake any change that you want to last.

Be crystal clear about what you want to achieve, live, eat, sleep and breathe the WHY, anticipate the obstacles, doubters, haters and naysayers-including the ones in your head, and know what is different about this time than any other- e.g. you’ve become more afraid of regret than change, you need to lose weight for your health, you’re being forced to change (job loss, divorce, health crisis) …

The answers to these questions will make or break your success.

1. What do you want to do? (clarity)
2. Why do you want to do it? (life impact)
3. Why haven’t you done it before now? (obstacles)
4. Why change now? (motivation)
